Returns Policy

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original, unused condition within 14 working days of the date you received the item, we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item promptly, not later than 30 days after receipt. We offer this returns policy under The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. MVM Window Films considers window film to be unused provided that no part has been cut from the length purchased. Once any part has been used MVM Window Films will not accept the remaining film for return or replacement. Goods returned must be with the original invoice, delivery note (as proof of purchase) and the original packaging. MVM Window Films will offer either a refund or exchange for the goods purchased once an inspection of the goods has been made. If no valid reason is found for exchanging/replacing the goods MVM Window Films will return these goods back to the purchaser only after the cost of delivery has been paid for by the customer. If a customers preference is to return goods personally this is acceptable provided that all the rules stated above are adhered to. Please note that refunds processed by MVM Window Films must be made to a credit or debit card in the name of the returnee. Cash refunds cannot be given.  If an item is returned for an exchange and you then decide to return the replacement for a refund you must send the original invoice/delivery note back with the item which you would like to be refunded.

To arrange to return goods contact enquiries@macrovitro.com and we will instruct you of the returns process and refunding procedure. When returning any products you are required to also return any additional products you received as part of an offer for buying a certain product online. When returning goods that have separate parts, you are required to return all the parts that were sent with the product.

Please follow the steps below to enable us to process your refund efficiently:

1. Write to us giving the reason for the return

2. Please include your order number If you do not have the original delivery note, please send us a note detailing the reason for return. This note should include your order number ·         In the case of a faulty product, please provide a full description of the fault

3. Wrap the item securely in its original packaging, then send the package via a registered-delivery service (so that you have a proof of delivery) to:
